Linux

Linux is an operating system à la Unix, being multi-tasks, multi-users, available with all its sources under the GNU license. Linux works on the Intel x86 architecture, as well as on other types of processors (Alpha, PowerPC, 68000, IA-64, PA-Risc...). It allows you to transform a personal computer in a tru real workstation.
